Refund Policy:
1.1 General Donations:
Bharatiya Human Rights Council (BHRC) appreciates your donation, which is non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances, such as an error in the donation amount, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date at (084) 808-97212 or email at info@bhrcindia.in to discuss your situation.
1.2 Membership Fees:
Once the applicant pays member registration fees it's non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
2.1 Recurring Donations:
Recurring donations can be canceled at any time by the donor. To cancel a recurring donation, please log in to your account on our website or contact us via (084) 808-97212 or email at info@bhrcindia.in
Cancellation requests made at least 7 business days before the next scheduled donation date will be effective for that billing cycle.
2.2 Event Registrations:
Cancellation of membership is not possible the membership shall be effective till expiration.
Refunds Process:
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
