BHRC Intervention Brings Administrative Action on Long-Pending Issues of Bhalmadai Village
For a long time, the residents of Bhalmadai village had been facing various unresolved issues, despite repeated concerns being raised without receiving any satisfactory outcome. Taking note of the difficulties faced by the villagers, Dr. Purna Chandra Sahoo, Chairperson & Founder of the Bharatiya Human Rights Council (BHRC), directly brought the issues of the village to the attention of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
Following the representation and intervention by BHRC, the concerned officials today visited Bhalmadai village and conducted an on-site inspection and review of the issues faced by the local residents.
During the inspection, the officials assessed the ground situation and took note of the concerns and requirements raised by the villagers. The villagers were assured that necessary steps would be taken for the early resolution of the pending issues and that the required works would be initiated as per the applicable administrative procedures.
The commencement of administrative inspection following BHRC’s intervention has brought hope among the local residents. The villagers expressed their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Dr. Purna Chandra Sahoo, Chairperson & Founder, BHRC, for bringing their long-pending concerns to the appropriate authorities and pursuing the matter in the larger public interest.
